Kuba Jewgieniew

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Barbara Baker

Having been licensed and in the industry for 45+ years, Barbara has not lost her excitement and passion and is as enthusiastic as ever about her industry. As the Owner, with prior experience operating her own company, she readily and willingly shares her knowledge and insight that comes from being a veteran professional. With her “agent centric” attitude, she strongly believes that the agent is the most significant aspect of her brokerage. The explosive growth is easy to understand; 100% commission with very low fees, extensive free marketing and tools for agents to grow and develop their business. Starting as a new agent? We also have a Mentor Program to help develop your business. Realty ONE Group Southwest is a full-service brokerage with an office and space for agents to work and full time Manager Broker for on-going support with live and on-line training.
